Skritter bandwidth usage

Could anyone give me a rough estimate of how much Skritter downloads in say 10 minutes of use? I'm on a daily download limit at university (1gb/day, and currently today is on 985mb), and if I go over the daily limit I get a £10 fine! So I'd like to be able to calculate how much Skritter I can do :-P

And yes, it does suck; Skritter is directly beneficial to my course but I'll still get fined if I go over the limit.

Been in schools like that too. (Though 1GB/day is *way* more than we had at UNT.)

Makes you wonder what your tuition and residence fees are paying for...

I just did some rough measuring, and in 10 minutes it downloaded about 575K. Note that initial page load and when nothing's cached will add another several hundred kilobytes to that; this is more of an equilibrium rate with respect to cached stuff.

So: not very much, about 10kbps.

Wow, you must have downloaded a lot of mov... erm... classical Chinese texts to go so near that limit :-).
